Ever the fitness buff, Mitch Madrigal showed off her well-toned figure in an Instagram post today, August 31.

Clad in an olive two-piece bikini, the former actress shared how proud she is of what her body has achieved in spite of going through physiological changes during pregnancy and childbirth.

Mitch said, "This body has been through a lot. It has carried a child for 9 months, gave birth and recovered post pregnancy. This body has given me the strength to get up and be able to do things every single day. You don't know how good it feels until you feel amazing from the inside out!"

She then said, "Take care of your body, it's the only place you have to live."

Mitch currently lives in Austin, Texas together with her husband, Troy Woolfolk. They have a daughter named Anika, 2.
